Discounted Heat Treating Service (unlimited)

• Includes cryo (if needed), one base 2 hour temper cycle and one hardness RC test on 25% of the blades per batch order with a minimum of 2 blades being tested.
• Pricing is $8.00 per blade with bulk pricing starting at 5 blades.
• This service does not include straightening. We will do our best to prevent bows and warps during processing.
• Final straightening and tempering to the desired hardness will be the customer's responsibility.
• Processing time for this service is around 2 weeks.

Premium Heat Treating Service (limited orders per month)

• Includes cryo (if needed), tempering to requested hardness, RC testing on all blades *1 and straightening on all blades if needed.
• Pricing is $12.00 per blade with bulk pricing starting at 5 blades *2.
• Processing time for this service is around 3 to 4 weeks.

Our max blade size for all heat treating services is 5" wide and 30" long *3.

1. We can only test blades that have a testable area. This requires a top and bottom surface which are parallel to each other.
2. Pricing can change depending on options selected.
